Can I Change My Order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

 

Why Is My Item On Backorder?

Occasionally, an item for sale may not yet have been received at our distribution center or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be emailed to you.

 

 How do I find out if my item has a brand warranty?

You can contact us at anytime about a potential brand warranty. Not all brands carry warranties at this time. info@25silverboutique.com

 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. We will send your tracking information as soon as the item has been dropped off at the post office.

 

I need to cancel my order but it has already been shipped. What do I do?

Once an item has been shipped we cannot cancel or intercept your order. Once you have received your order, you will start the returns process like normal.

 

Can I return my order at my nearest 25 Silver Boutique location?

Yes, you may return your online orders to a physical 25 Silver location. You must meet all return qualifications.
